Like many, I understand the challenges these feelings can bring—because I’ve experienced them too. I’ve had to ask for help (which was scary), but through that, I discovered what it meant to offer myself compassion and began forming a new, healthier relationship with anxiety and depression.


I believe healing is holistic. The mind, body, spirit, and environment are deeply connected. For me, running trails, walking in nature, and mindfulness practices were just as impactful as talking things out with a therapist. That experience shapes how I work with you.

  • In-Person Sessions: $180 (Office or Outdoor)
  • Virtual Sessions: $160


Payment Methods Accepted:

  • Superbills available upon request for potential insurance reimbursement
