THIS WORK IS PERSONAL. AND IT'S POWERFUL

I work with sensitive, insightful people who often feel like they’re “too much,” “not enough,” or both. On the outside, you might seem like you’re holding it together. On the inside, you’re navigating quiet anxiety, overthinking, emotional burnout—and a longing to feel seen in a deeper way.


Whether you’re starting fresh or returning to therapy, I offer something different—a grounded, soul-aware approach that supports healing not just in your thoughts, but in your body, your energy, and your everyday rhythm.


I know this path because I’ve walked it.
I journaled, read all the books, reflected deeply.

Still, I felt stuck. Like my body was carrying a story my mind couldn’t rewrite.


I overthought everything. I felt disconnected, anxious, and exhausted from trying to fix myself.

What I needed wasn’t more insight—it was space to slow down, reconnect, and come back into alignment with who I already was.


That’s the space I now hold for others.


My work blends trauma-focused therapy with somatic movement (inspired by Hakomi), mindfulness, spiritual reflection, and nature-based connection. We don’t just talk about the patterns—you’ll learn how to feel and release them through the wisdom of your body and nervous system.


I support adolescents, young adults, and heart-centered professionals who are tired of performing, over-functioning, or carrying the emotional load alone. 


Many of my clients have tried traditional therapy—it helped, but something was still missing. They’re ready for something more embodied, intuitive, and real.


Sessions might take place on a quiet trail, in a safe virtual space, or eventually in a studio or creative healing environment. I meet you exactly where you are—and I show up as my full self: grounded, curious, and compassionate.
