These sessions are designed to help you reconnect to your body in a grounded, healing way. Using gentle movement, stretching, light weights, and breathwork, we release stuck energy, rebuild trust with the body, and create space for calm clarity.
To allow us to learn and identify where and how you hold trauma, so that we can use movement to slowly release trauma from the body.
Private gym space that I rent for our session. (Location being determined)
60, 90, or 120 minute sessions. You set the pace—we follow your body’s lead. These can be done in combination with talk therapy or as a primary modality.
