Slow Down. Breathe. Heal in Mind, Body, and Nature.

Integration Therapy for Teens, Young Adults, Men, and Parents in Utah — blending somatic, mindfulness, and nature-based approaches to help you feel grounded, connected, and whole.

Start Small — No Pressure, Just Clarity

Therapy is a big commitment, and it’s okay to start slow. Therapy doesn’t have to feel rushed or complicated.
If you’re curious about working together but not ready to dive in, here are two simple ways to begin:

  • Free Meet & Greet: A relaxed 30-minute space to ask questions, learn more about my programs, or just get a feel for my approach.

  • $50 Intro Session: A full 60-minute session to see if this work feels like the right fit.

Both are designed to help you take the next step—without the pressure to commit right away.

Integration Therapy & Personalized Care

A young man with tattoos on his arms, wearing a white t-shirt, dark shorts, and a blue baseball cap with a Chicago Cubs logo, is crouching by a body of water outdoors on a sunny day with a clear blue sky.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker (MSW, LCSW) with training in somatic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and nature-based approaches. I work with teens, young adults, men, and parents to slow down, reconnect, and integrate the parts of themselves that feel scattered—so they can move forward with more confidence, clarity, and peace.

I’m Cody, your integration-focused therapist.

My approach isn’t cookie-cutter. I weave body awareness, mindful presence, and the grounding rhythm of nature into therapy, helping you feel more connected, centered, and whole.

Areas of Practice

  • Parenting through transitions can feel overwhelming—whether your teen is returning home after treatment or you’re simply searching for steadier ground. Change stirs up uncertainty, but lasting transformation is closer than you think.

Many clinicians stop at family therapy. I offer something different: tools and practices you can use right away. That means learning about yourself as a parent, understanding your triggers, and strengthening communication. It’s about leading with clarity and confidence, not fear—because you already have more within you than you realize.

  • Today’s youth live in a storm of noise—social media, identity pressure, self-doubt, and the constant hum of “not enough.” Too often, therapy feels like another place where you’re judged or misunderstood.

Here, you’re heard. This is a space to slow down, breathe, and untangle what’s going on beneath the surface. We don’t just talk about problems—we build tools for resilience and self-understanding that remind you who you are and who you’re becoming.

  • Stepping into adulthood—or building your professional life—comes with unique pressure. Independence, relationships, career choices, and identity all collide at once, and it’s easy to lose sight of yourself in the process.

I help young adults and professionals navigate these transitions with clarity and purpose. Together, we uncover what truly matters, break free from old patterns, and build the resilience to step confidently into your next chapter—not as who others expect you to be, but as who you already are.

  • Being a man today often means carrying unspoken weight—expectations and the pressure to “have it all together.” Too often, there are few places to bring that honestly.

This is a space to explore what strength and resilience can look like on your own terms. Together, we build emotional awareness, grounded confidence, and the ability to feel at home in yourself—not by living up to an image, but by becoming more fully who you already are.

  • Trauma isn’t always one big event—sometimes it’s being misunderstood, silenced, or praised for performing at the expense of your truth.

Somatic therapy works directly with what your body is still carrying. Through mindfulness and movement, we slow down and listen to your nervous system. This isn’t about pushing or rehashing old wounds—it’s about creating safety, self-trust, and lasting integration.

Nature-based therapy expands this process outside the therapy room. The natural world gives us space to regulate, reconnect, and rediscover our place in something bigger than ourselves.

  • No cookie-cutter therapy here. Whether it’s somatic practices, mindfulness, parent coaching, or nature-based sessions, we’ll shape the work around what actually fits your life and your nervous system.
